Aim of the subject: To learn the speciality of corporate finance in connection with the financial management of enterprizes and to introduce the tools of contemporary
corporate finance and to understand and to practice the evaluation of common financial documents of businesses.

2 presentation of chosen topic, and elaboration four 1500 ±100 character briefs of 2 Hungarian and 2 English articles as homeworks
Exam: essay should be sent not later as 48 hours before start of exam by e-mail; time of presentation is 10 minutes and there is another ten
minute discussion about the essay and the presentation
