|Aim of the subject:||The aim of the course is to explore the basic connection among the operation and the management as well as quality assurance in point of view of
identifies the most important terms of engineering management and the quality management; to teach the most important tools improving the performace
effectiveness of the operation and the quality management system of the production.

During the semester it is required an essay and presentation on a special topic of operation management (10-12 pages, following the requirements of
thesis, min 10 minutes) and to present a case study in a quality assurance case (10-12 pages, following the requirements of the closing thesis, min
