Aim of the subject: | The aim of the course is to explore the basic connection among the operation and the management as well as quality assurance in point of view of engineering; identifies the most important terms of engineering management and the quality management; to teach the most important tools improving the performace and effectiveness of the operation and the quality management system of the production. |

During the semester it is required an essay and presentation on a special topic of operation management (10-12 pages, following the requirements of the closing thesis, min 10 minutes) and to present a case study in a quality assurance case (10-12 pages, following the requirements of the closing thesis, min 10 minutes). |
