Aim of the subject: The aim of the course that the student can move this successful and in the world of work increasingly popular method on the palette of conflict-handling procedures, and is aware of its international background and domestic characteristics as well. In our country labour mediation is invoked mostly to the conflicts arising in the public sector. It will be provided understanding of certain elements of gentle conflict management to ensure so that the audience is able to use those in their professional life in the future.

The signature condition: the midterm written exam of at least 50%. The evaluation as follows:
0 to 49% fail (1)
50-61% pass (2)
62-73% average (3)
74-85% good (4)

In case of failed test or certified absence it is possible replacement written exam in the last week.
