Aim of the subject: The aim of the course that the student can move this successful and int he world of work increasingly popular method on the palette of conflict-handling procedures, and is aware of its international background and domestic characteristics as well. It will be provided understanding of certain elements of gentle conflict management to ensure so that the audience is able to use those in their professional life in the future.

The signature condition: the midterm ZH of at least 50%. The evaluation as follows:
0 to 49% fail
50-61% pass
62-73% medium
74-85% good
86-100% excellent

In case of failed test or certified absence it is possible replacement ZH writing in the last week.
