Aim of the subject: | The aim of the course is to explore businesses from a contingencialist point of view; relations to their environment along with their internal processes. The general planning, focused on strategic planning will allow the students to explore wider aspect of business entitties. Based on the preveoius Enterprise Economics I, the macro and micro environment is analysed bythe concept of value chain. |

During the semester it is required an essay and presentation on a special topic of business decisions (10-15 pages, min 10 minutes) and to present a case study characterising an enterprise (s.) A closing written exercise on the 10th week of the semester, reaching at least 51 % |
