Aim of the subject: Acquiring modern management theory. Self-management, development of leaders’ personality characteristics, managerial-organizational knowledge,
learning methods and techniques for applying these. Development of interpersonal communication skills necessary for managerial activity. Mechanisms
of decision making.
The aim of the course is to understand managerial thinking process, to be able to apply some models in different situation and to recognize smart
tools for support managerial thinking processes.
