Aim of the subject: The aim of the course is to explore the basic contexts of the finance; identifies the most important terms of finance as well as financial
institutions; to teach the most important calculations in connection with the financial decisions (yields, returns, etc.).

During the semester it is required an essay and presentation on a special topic of financial institutions (6-8 pages, min 10 minutes) and to present
a case study characterising a business financial decision case (10-12 pages, following the requirements of the closing thesis, min 10 minutes).
