|Aim of the subject:||Game theory is a formal discipline which studies situations of competition and cooperation between several involved parties. Although it is a mathematical discipline, it is applied mostly by economists. Applications range from strategic questions in warfare to understanding economic competitions, or from social problems of fair distribution of good to behaviors of animals in competitive situations. The course mainly focuses on applications, methods and models. Each session is provided with a lot of examples and/or basic applications.|

The exam contains 3 exercises of equal weight where the student are expected to demonstrate the understanding of the concepts of the course as well as to apply this understanding to analytical problems similar to those in the course. The exam is in English, but the quality of English in the solutions has little influence on the grades.
