Aim of the subject: The aim of the course is to explore businesses from a contingencialist point of view; relations to their environment along with their internal
processes. The general planning, focused on strategic planning will allow the students to explore wider aspect of business entitties. Based on the
preveoius Enterprise Economics I, the macro and micro environment is analysed bythe concept of value chain.
