Aim of the subject: Upon completion of this course students should understand and be prepared to handle the most important parts of management regarding the engineering
works. Knowledge of widely accepted principles and methodology used by the developed and industrialised countries are provided. They are presented
adapted to domestic conditions too so that students can apply them in practice including the rapid and flexible adaptation to environmental
conditions and the ability to manage the changes. In order to meet this challenges the course contributes to the development of strategic thinking
and problem solving therefore it discusses the relevant and related information on maths, informatics and decision theory.
