Oktatási cél: The course explores how the landscape of quality management is changing and evolving. The objective of this course is to provide students with an
understanding of the concepts, the theory and the practice of the concepts. The course is a combination of lecturing, problem solving, tutorial and
discussion sections. To achieve the required progress in the material, students must use the Text during the classroom hours and should follow the
material from the Text on a regular basis.
Félévközi követelmények

Students will be required to conduct research and gather information for their presentations. Each group will be required to give a presentation
at the end of the semester on the given topic. Details about the project will be discussed later in the semester.

The attendance, active and informed participation required in the classroom-hours. Participation is based on attitude, attendance, and preparation.
Cellphones are becoming an increasing problem and disturbance in the classroom. Please only use your cell phones when it required by the instructor,
otherwise please do not text message or receive calls during class.
