Oktatási cél: The aim of this course is to understand the role and meaning of HRM from a number of practical and theoratical perspectives that provides a complete
resource for implementing HR in relation to the needs of the business as whole. All the key areas will be detailed, like essential HR functions,
performance, rewards and motivations, employee engagement, HR policy.

Final written exam from the regarded topics two times per a semester

Grade: Final grade is determined according to the total number of points that the student accumulates during the semester.
100 – 87 points: excellent (5); 86 – 75 points: good (4);74 - 63 points: fair (3), 51 – 62 points: weak (2), 50 -0 points: fail. (1)
Every student’s presentation and draft must be uploaded to the moodle side.
